Miscellaneous Kirby Vacuum Attachment Functions - Tips & Tricks
Kirby is a high-end vacuum clean, and as such it can actually do a lot more than most people know about! In this video we go over a few things that most people never figure out!
Important Safety Tips

Instructions
First, let’s see how you can use your Kirby to clean the tops of your ceiling fans! Start by putting both wands on.
Then add the curved wand.
Finish it off with the wall tool. The shape will allow to easily reach the top surface of the ceiling fan from the floor!
The next fun trick is vacuuming your mattress! Take note that the longer the hose the more power you lose. If you want to do some serious deep cleaning, you’ll need to put on the hand-held tool. Start by removing the handle. (There’s a release at the back of the vacuum.)
Snap on the “hand held tool.”
And then snap your Kirby bag in place.
Instead of having the hose on you’ll actually have the head on for maximum cleaning power. Simply turn it on and you can vacuum your mattress, stairs, or anything else that needs a really good, deep clean.
What if you have all hardwood floors at home? A lot of people prefer a canister vacuum over and upright. With the right selection of wands and attachments, you can turn your upright Kirby into a canister vacuum!
Did you know your Kirby vacuum can blow air? It can be used as a leaf blower, inflator, or for dusting things like a keyboard! The first thing you’ll do is remove the bag.
Now remove the hose.
Then take the hose and line up the arrow with the notch on the vacuum. Twist the hose and it should be securely attached where the bag used to be.
There is another attachment that you’ll need to place on the front where the hose was.
Another cool thing your Kirby can do on the blow setup is shampooing carpets! Just have it set up to blow and add on the shampooer attachment.
