This vacuum is amazing I love it !

36 years ago we bought our Rainbow for $500. It works beautifully and has never broken down. The only problem is the clamps that attach it to the water container have broken. I use it duck taped to the water basin. 36 years and not one repair.

I have tried many vacuums over the years and this vacuum has so much POWER it's insane! it sucks every bit of pet hair from my carpet that all the other vacuums left behind! Do yourself a favor and buy one :) You can thank me later

Ecstatic to find you online. The carpet attachment on my 30 year old Rainbow finally bit the dust. I was devastated because I refuse to use any other vacuum. Then I found you and you had such a great price on a fully refurbished Rainbow it made no sense to only buy the attachment. I was dealing with a 30 year old machine after all and as you know parts are not that easy to find. Then imagine my surprise when a package arrived on my doorstep in less than a week. This is probably the most delayed reviews ever, but I couldn't resist. I bought a refurbished G4 in 07 from this business and it was my first Kirby ever. To date I have had ZERO problems with this. My main purpose of this review is to RAVE ABOUT GREATVACS.COM. This guy took care of me right from the get go, and in every google search I have typed in the past week regarding Kirby knowledge I end up on their site and have more than enough info to help me. Dustin knows his stuff and has the pride and ethics to share all he knows right upfront. I also bought an ozone air cleaner from them a couple years back. I will go out of my way to do business with this company.

We thought we needed a new power nozzle, but GreatVacs told us that we may just need a motor. It worked, and they saved us some money! :-)

I received this model as a Christmas present. Had a broken part when I opened the box. GreatVacs customer service quickly sent out a replacement part. Easy install. 32' hose makes ease of use even easier. Vacuum has lots of power. Accessory package is great. Overall, well worth the money so far!

We recently bought a backpack vacuum from GreatVacs and it is doing very well so far. My wife and son both like it but I havent had a chance to use it yet. It seems to be well made and has plenty of attachments. When I ordered it there was a glitch with the ordering site and I ended up ordering two vacuums. They took care of the mixup with no fuss. Very good to deal with and the review of the Kirby vacuums was very well done. Im a mechanical engineer and the testing that was done looked very conclusive. Im looking for an excuse to get a Kirby next time but the backpack unit is a good deal for our present house. Good people to work with.

We have three pets, (two large indoor dogs). I've had several brands of similar air purifiers over the past twenty five years that I have paid way over twice the price for. Within hours, the New Comfort 6 Stage Air Purifier Cleaner eliminated any odors in our 2,500 + sq. ft. home, set on the lowest 03, (ozone), setting. It even eliminated musty smell from out HVAC ducts.
This unit is very well built, produces an amazing amount of 03, and is an exceptional value! Believe me I know air purifiers, we had them all.

I really like the idea of the clear Plexiglas case, it allows you to see inside the unit to keep up with cleaning the before it gets too dirty.
