How to Replace the Fuse on New Comfort Air Purifiers

In this video, we go over replacing the fuse on our New Comfort Air Purifiers. If your purifier isn’t turning on, this may be something to check before throwing it out the window.

Important Safety Tips

  • Always make sure your machine is unplugged and the power button is turned off, before servicing your vacuum.
  • Always make sure your hands are dry and free from moisture before servicing your machine.
  • Be sure to wear gloves when servicing your machine to prevent any cuts or scrapes.
  • If you are uncomfortable working on your machine, please don’t hesitate to contact us at service@greatvacs.com and we can help you through the process or you can send it into us to fix it for you.

Tools

  • Flat head screwdriver

Instructions

All of our New Comfort air purifiers have a fuse block located on the back side, which will look something like the image above. Inside you will find the spare fuse along with the main fuse.

To access the fuses you will need a flat head screwdriver. Down by the three prongs there is a little button you’ll need to push.

Once you get the fuses out it will look something like the image above. The bottom one is your main fuse and the one in the hole is the spare.

Once they’re switched just slide them back in and you’re done!
