The telescoping wand and all of the attachments do not stay attached while using them. I even asked for the printed instruction manual and did what it said but still have the same problem. Waiting for a reply/ solution via email as there is no customer service phone number.
This vacuum is awesome! It has amazing suction and will pull the embedded dirt and dust outta the carpet in your car! Hav’n it located on the wall between my cars makes it so easy to keep the cars/truck clean! Very impressed with the quality of this unit!! I highly recommend it!! CHEERS!

So far works nice. Great suction. Would be nice if it had an automatic hose retraction.
A real expensive disappointment it smelled terrible and had human and pet hair falling out of the carpet attachment I returned it still waiting for my refund
