This sweeper is awesome. Just as good as a rainbow and a third of the price. The shampoo attachment is easy to use and works great. I did require a warranty repair, Mary provided a free shipping label. I dropped it off at UPS on a Thursday and it was delivered back to my jouse a week later in like-new condition.
Purchased a caister to replace our 2001 since the motor went out on it. Thought that my Rainbow had not lost suction in all those years of using it but when I turned on the new canister and heard the sound that I use to hear when mine was new I said "wow" out loud. We don't have indoor pets or wear shoes in our home and most of the floors are carpeted. I clean weekly so when I was finished and saw the water not only the dust but the grit I was really cleaning my home again. Thank you GreatVacs!!!
