Overall, every interaction throughout every process has been the best it reasonably could. I bought a different ProLux vacuum first and then decided to get another that would be more for my purposes. I found this out because of the great customer service I was given in helping me find the best vacuum for my needs. I have a commercial residential cleaning business and need something, commercial. I was steered towards the 10qt instead of the X8 backpack. Both are good but the 10qt being more my needs. I used my coupon I got for first time signing up with my email and it discounted the first order. When I decided to change only days later to the other vacuum bought it immediately before returning my first one because I was short on time. I then asked if they could apply the first time coupon on my second order (which I'd already paid and processed) and they immediately refunded the difference of what would've been the discount amount (which I'd already used and not even returned from the first vacuum). In short, they gave me the discount on 2 different vacuums just because I asked when they had no assurance I would even return the first one. Additional to that the vacuum itself is fantastic. It has more suction than you even need and is very simple to use. Because of the simplicity I'm sure it will have a long service life and be quite dependable. I wish ProLux marketed more because the only thing that could have possibly turned me off is it was hard to have faith in a company and product I couldn't find really any reviews or use of their products except from there simple and dated videos. I guess they just spent there money in making a better product. All in all, I will look forward to using them in the future for what will be my personal and professional needs.
