The products are great, but it takes three weeks or longer to get an order placed, you email or request parts and it may take a week to get a response if you get one at all. It is the only place i can get my parts for our vacuums so I am stuck with it, i just wish you could order parts quickly as it cost business money and is a big pain to have to guess when we may or may not get to order.
But the quality of the items and shipment is great no complaints on that aspect just the order process and fulfilment.

I baught a power head from you and the Height adjustment did not last very long and the spliter cord shorted out in two places so I had to buy another cord I hope it lasts longer then the first one
