I use this vacuum for my cleaning business and it has been nothing but great! Only thing could be better is a different attachment for carpets as the ones it comes with don’t do great on carpets.
This harness could use some upgrades to make it better suited for the wear and tear one would expect of a vacuum that is marketed as "commercial" grade.
When you purchase a product that's older and refurbished, your best hope is that if something goes wrong you can fall back on the sellers claims of warranty and service. We had an issue, it took some pestering but then Mary helped us get the unit returned for service, then...a week later we got our box back, totally blown open and destroyed with a note scribbled on saying "Returned to Customer". That's it! No fix, no paperwork, no email follow up. The company has no phone number. Its tough over here....
