I’ve been looking at purchasing a Rainbow vacuum for quite sometime, but just couldn’t bring myself to spend three grand for a new one. My mother in law is the one who actually found the great vacs website. She ordered one for herself and was beyond satisfied so I had to do the same! I purchased the Reconditioned Rainbow SRX 4 Speed Canister Vacuum w/ 5 Year Warranty and couldn’t be any happier with it! It arrived within a week and was well packaged. It looks practically brand new and definitely exceeds my expectations. My home feels and smells so much more fresh and clean. The filth that it has collected is absolutely disgusting but so satisfying at the same time. I literally cannot stop cleaning with it! The attached pictures are from cleaning my area rugs, couches, and chairs which all looked “cleaned.” Seriously do yourself and your home a favor and ORDER IT!
I originally ordered this vacuum before Christmas and when it arrived the motor and the dolly were both damaged. These items need to be packaged better for shipping. I paid for next day air and certainly didn't get it next day, or even 2 days later. Trying to resolve the damage issues has been very frustrating as there is NO PHONE NUMBER for customer service. You submit an email and hope/pray someone gets back to you within a day or two. I have used the vacuum without the dolly a couple times as I'm still waiting to receive that part. It did a little better than my upright shark vacuum. I like the assortment of the attachments. I do wish the water basin was easier to dump than it is. Hopefully this vacuum will have a long life and be worth the cost.
