Really bad design for this wessel werk

The wessel werk is not working properly is turning off and on and i only use like five time

Wessel Werk EBK 250 Power Head

Great powerhead on all surfaces. It is a good size. It gets into all places easily. The lights on the powerhead are great. You can see everything clearly. The brushroll removes easily if you want to clean it. I like that the powerhead is made where the suction is secure to the floor and carpets it allows it to get all types of embedded deep down dirt .

So many things I like about my vacuum, but the parts don’t last. The power head motor broke two times and the hose just broke. I have the vacuum for about a year.
