Great! But…..

I love the vacuum this far but I wish it would come with better instructions on what parts to use on floors or carpets. The remove hair on the roller brush is difficult. The service brush can not reach down to clean out your dryer lint trap.

Seems to be powerful enough to pick up everything. I am pleased with it. Hose could have been a bit better quality. Hopefully it holds up. I didn't see a warranty in the box?

Great little vac

My Tritan power switch failed after a few years of use and Prolux offered a replacement canister at a discount (from the full vac price), which I thought was great customer service. We received it within a few days and are back in business, cleaning up the hard floor areas of our house is once again a breeze. Thank you Prolux!!

Trash compared to Terravac

I've owned this for 6 months and also own a Terravac by Prolux. Upon 1st inspection, I could tell this was made of low quality plastic material compared to the Terravac, which is awesome. I should have returned it but decided to give it a chance. After 6 months use, the main brush has stopped picking up anything and there's no instructions on how to fix the issue. I tried taking everything apart to the point of breaking the main brush roll. I would not recommend Prolux anymore.
