Broke after 1 use

I received my CTX canister vacuum. Assembled per manual. Used it once and the power head stopped working. I would appreciate being contacted for a full refund. I'm very unhappy and disappointed.

Love my Prolux canister vacuum

This vacuum has picked up all that was left behind by my old vacuum, I couldn’t believe what was in the water! I’ve had it for a couple weeks and it is fantastic ! Highly recommend !

From Rainbow to Prolux

We've had our rainbow vacuum for 20+ years but it has given us everything it can. I love the water canister clean so when I wanted to get a new one, I started shopping around. I came across the prolux website and was impressed by what I saw. I just received my vacuum and carpet shampooer and have given the vacuum a spin today. It works Great!!! The amount of pet hair and dirt it picked up was amazing. I also learned it has way more suction than my rainbow did. I'm very impressed and can't wait to try the shampooer. Way to go prolux for creating a wonderful product without the extremely high price and high pressure sales like the competition! I hope to use this vacuum for 20+ years!

This vacuum SUCKS!!!

My entire life, the perception of clean has been a complete lie. People around me know that I am a neat freak and I like for everything to be clean. As far as I knew, I kept everything tidy, and then I had someone stop by my house to do a demonstration with the rainbow vacuum cleaner. I was impressed and disappointed all at the same time. For free, the guy basically proved that I wasn’t as clean as I thought, and for nearly $4,000 I could change that. Next to being a neat freak, people also know that I am frugal, so who’s spending $4,000 on a vacuum cleaner?? Well apparently, a lot of people, but not me. So I did my research, and I found ProLux. I purchased the CTX and it literally sucks. The guy with the rainbow said that they’re the best, but with the way my new CTX performs, I don’t know if I can agree with him. If you want to clean and I do mean CLEAN, get you a prolux. The next party that I have, I’m literally thinking about showing this as a party trick.
