Our refurbished unit works perfectly. We primarily use our Rainbow as a vacuum. We have smaller air purifiers to help with dust and household smells. I can't say enough good things about these vacuums. The dirt and dust capture with the water reservoir is a huge benefit. Overall, we feel like the dust has been reduced in our home significantly with regular weekly use. We had a few attachments missing, but Great Vacs responded immediately to my email inquiry and express shipped the missing items with no questions asked. Fantastic customer service and we are loving our Rainbow.
