So far, it is working just fine
A Proteam Supercoach with WW powerhead was sent without the proper connections to turn on the powerhead, so perhaps a remanufactured vac (?) Customer service is good and easy to work with and they sent an adaptor to make it work. Still defective, another part also doesn't work but they are sending a replacement.
Used my daughter's and best vacuum I've EVER used!
Great vac. Highly recommend it..
