The “bad”: this vacuum is NOT cordless. The pictures don’t show a cord, and one of the pictures even advertises it as cordless, but it’s not. I bought this model believing it was cordless and was annoyed to find out that it wasn’t. Please update your pictures/description to accurately describe your products.
The good: I have 3 German Shepherds, a Tibetan Mastiff, and a cat. With them comes an absurd amount of fur and dirt. This vacuum handles it like a champ! The cord is super long, so I only have to change outlets once to vacuum the whole house. The turbo brush works great on the couch and dog beds. The regular floor head works great on tile and wood floors. We don’t have any carpet in the house, so I don’t know how well it would work on that. It’s fairly quiet—the dogs don’t mind it and don’t try to “help” or “save me” from it.
I've had the backpack vacuum for 6-ish years now. The power head failed and they sent me a new one that does not fit the vacuum hose correctly where the power attaches. I had to duct tape it in place after they did not return my emails about it. The location that the vacuum hose attaches needs an upgrade as well. The power connection is not great, wraps around the hose, and comes unhooked. If they could move the hose connection so that it feeds out the side instead of the top, that might fix the twisting issue. The power connections really need to snap or otherwise lock in place. Again, this vacuum cleans the H3LL out of carpet. It's so nasty to see what is in the carpet when you go to empty it--but also satisfying to know how deep it cleans. I would just love to have one without all of the electrical connection problems and with an upgraded hose attachment. I'd consider buying a new one, for sure, but I'd have to weigh the issues out again now that I've used it this long. I'd also have to consider if I think the lack of customer service follow-up is worth it. I am a big fan of service after the sale.

I clean a full service salon and I have found the power head works well on carpets. The top of the vacuum that attaches to the hose continually comes apart. I expected a longer and higher quality cord. The attachments are difficult to change out since I need to switch from a baseboard attachment to a bare floor.
Arrived broken. The representative wanted to send replacement parts instead of just send the brand new broken vacuum back for a new one. I then wanted to just possibly keep the accessories but that required me to take pictures as if they don’t know what comes with the vacuum. Overall looking for a new brand to purchase from
