I love the hardware, I love that I can get parts for this vacuum very easily. Here are the main hang ups. I have spent a lot of time researching the best household vacuums. I have never really looked at commercial vacuums and I wish I could recommend this one. The number one thing with this vacuum is the fact that it is not designed for hard floors at all. The floor button does nothing but stop the brush roll and then it is basically useless. It barely picks up anything on the hard floor at all and only if the dirt is directly over the hole. if there was a way to engineer merely slowing the brush roll down and adding a simple rubber sweep behind the brush roll to prevent dirt kick back that would go a long way in making it more compatible for hard surfaces. It is not fair to your customers to advertise this vacuum as dual surface when clearly it is not. I do however really appreciate that the attachments are easily and accessible and that the hose is very flexible. Another huge bonus is the clean out valve, great job on that.
