      very used but OK

      I recieved the replacement water bowl for my rainbow vac in pretty short order. The company communicates very well. The item was described slightly differently than what the condition was on arrival. This could be on me but the item came well packed. It look a little more used than expected and it was not clean....at least not by my standards. BUT in spite of its well worn appearance, it did not leak or have any significant cracks. I feel I was blessed to find a replacement, thanks

      There were no problems in ordering or receiving our 2 quart water bowl. We knew it would be reconditioned by didn't expect the previous owner would have gouged the top of the bowl. Thank goodness it works and no need for a return.
