Pet hair gone

We have a golden retriever. This picks up hair the old one just pushed around. The electric hose helps a lot too.

Works like new

Honestly thought refurbished meant used and tired. This looks and runs like new. The electric hose works great and everything in the picture was in the box.

Works, but box was beat up

The vacuum itself is fine but the box showed up dented and one attachment was loose inside. It does work.

Slow to hear back

Had a question on setup and it took several days to get a reply. The vacuum itself is okay.
