Rainbow vacuum sales people say it comes with a 10 year warranty and if it ever breaks they will replace in that 10 years no questions ask. They also do a promo for you can recruit people to view they vacuum and after so many view it it's technically free
Easy to use; great suction; works in tile and carpet
I have 3 cats so I would not be looking for the trimming feature. However, I do vacuum my cats. If this device came with an attachment for brushing the undercoat and suctioning it away I would order it immediately. That would help keep my cats groomed between baths.
Update: I looked again Pronto! I wanted to make sure I was reviewing accurately and it does have a deshedding comb attachment. Putting this in my cart pronto! Can't wait to review the product post purchase.
The filters for the 8000 vacuum do the job. They don't come apart. They filter out tiny particles. We recently installed new carpet. I did a lot of vacuuming after removing the old carpet and pad so that the floor would be clean before the new carpet was installed. I gave the filter a workout and installed a new one before vacuuming my new carpet.
I received my second Prolux 8000 today and it arrived in perfect shape and I have already taken it for a spin. I bought my first 8000 one year ago. It is outstanding at sucking up all of the dirt, sawdust, and other debris that my husband drags in every day. Why did I buy another 8000 after only one year? It's because I have two levels in my house. The 8000 is not that heavy but my husband is a safety first kind of guy and did not want me to carry the vacuum up and down the stairs. I considered buying the 9000 this time but my husband likes the heavy duty cord on the 8000.
I am very fussy about my floors and I vacuum every day. You will never be disappointed that you bought a prolux 8000.
