I received my product in a timely manner and am extremely elated with my vacuum cleaner. I am a happy camper!

The company was easy to work with always answered my questions quickly and shipped my vacuum in very reasonable time there were a couple small problems but they were addressed immediately and I’m very happy with this company would definitely use them again

I just bought a Kirby from Great Vacs. Not only is this a Great company to deal with because they put customer service first the vacuum you receive is almost like getting a new one. I ordered a Kirby to replace one that I had for over 15 years. At first I was concerned about putting so much money out for a new Kirby (the Kirby I was replacing after 15 years was given to me after 2 other people in the family had used it for quite a few years too). I ended up buying 3 different brands over a 5 year period and they all stopped working!! I ended up treating them like a Kirby and they all broke down on me! I found GreatVacs on the internet and I am so glad I did. I was able to afford my Kirby. It is soooo good to have a strong cleaning machine again! And it's good to have GreatVacs standing behind it. You can't go wrong with eighter one.

I have been so happy to find a company that I can depend on to stand behind their work and puts customer service first. Its been a pleasure purchasing my Kirby through them.
