My product arrived in a damaged box. Rather than replace the machine - which CHIRPS - the company has asked me (a very nontechnical person) to troubleshoot the issue. Not what I expect from an expensive, highly rated product.
The vacuum seems to have a decent motor, suction seems good.
To much plastic on outside metal would last longer. Bags in upright small therefore needs changed more frequently, therefore cost more money more often.
The company doesn't seem to have a phone number to call if need help relying on AI which is worthless.
They have a company to dropship the products my came damaged. They replaced the part a week later.
That was not very convenient.
Probably won't buy from them again.
