we needed a second Kirby for the upper flor of our home so my wife did not have to carry the vacuum up the stairs. We got the same vacuum we have except the one I bought is like new and works that way. The pricing saved us a great deal of money and will last years. It was delivered on time and package well. Not as powerful of a suction as listed and the wheels are very squeaky.
The products are great, but it takes three weeks or longer to get an order placed, you email or request parts and it may take a week to get a response if you get one at all. It is the only place i can get my parts for our vacuums so I am stuck with it, i just wish you could order parts quickly as it cost business money and is a big pain to have to guess when we may or may not get to order.
But the quality of the items and shipment is great no complaints on that aspect just the order process and fulfilment.
If you are considering buying the CTX Water vacuum I recommend doing it immediately. By now, we have all seen the black water left in the canister after the first use. Yes, it is disgusting. I almost didn't leave a review because of how dirty my water was after the first use. Even worse, there was so much debris pulled out of the rugs and floor, that I could not empty it into the drain or toilet. I was a afraid it would clog the toilet. I emptied canister into a strainer so the debris would not enter the toilet. Below is a picture of the stuff I emptied into the strainer. None of this was visible prior to vacuuming. Evidently, there was a rubber band embedded in the rug. This is embarrassing, but impressive! I highly recommend this vacuum.
Glad I spent another wad of money on 2 more pad holders that literally lasted less than an hour. I don't know what compound these are made of, but the grip starts wearing off almost immediately, making this "handy" machine unusable. Plus, the diameter of the center is too small and they won't even mount onto the machine correctly! I'm experienced, I'm using quality pads, and there is ZERO reason that I burned through 4 of these holders within minutes of use. Either fix the issue, or take these off the market. And, I would love my money back for my last order. Extremely disappointing. Not to mention, putting my schedule behind on an important contract, and having to spend more money on a different machine that actually holds up..
