I had a salesman drop by for a test drive on a kirby vacuum, and he showed me just how poorly my current unit was cleaning my rugs. But the new Kirby is just too expensive. Then I found Great Vacs, and decided to try their refurbished Kirby. So far, so good! The 'new' Kirby cleans great, and the 5 year warranty is reassuring for the purchase of this new-to-me vacuum.
