Awesome service, prices and quick replies on advice on commercial vacuums

My out of warranty Stealth canister vac power brush started to disintegrate inside and quit working. Great Vacs graciously sent me a new one for the cost of shipping. Now my vacuum works, although pieces of the plastic body continue to break off.

The sales team help me find the correct parts before placing order, paying the invoice was simple, and products arrived in about a week. The only thing I would say needs improved would be the tracking info needs to be sent to customers so they have an idea when products would have been delivered, But we all make mistakes and it may have been forgotten, But when I emailed them to find delivery date they told me right away. Bottom line, this was a great experience for us here @ Cleanproz and we will continue to do business with Great vacs as we move forward.

I went online to order a part for my backpack vacuum. To make sure I was ordering the correct part I emailed GreatVacs. Return emaIl was prompt and the cooperation was great. After sending pictures of the part that I needed, I was told that it was on it's way after I paid the invoice.. great I received the part in just 3 days. I cannot wait until GreatVacs has the backpac vacuum that I currently own is back in stock. Because I want 2 buy 2 more.
