At Great Vacs we ship fast!  All orders are shipped out within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).   A invoice with our contact information and a tracking email is included with every order.

Returns & Replacements
30 Day No Questions Asked Money Back.   All returns are less shipping costs charged to us by the shipping companies.   You must clean up your cleaner to the condition you received it in (if it comes back dirty a 20 dollar recleaning fee will apply).   If any supplies were used (like bags in a vacuum cleaner) and have to be replaced we MAY charge you for those but usually dont if its only one bag (we dont sweat the small stuff).    Contact service@greatvacs.com for return instructions first.    
Ordering
To place a order its easiest to do it on our website.   If you dont feel comfortable doing that and want to pay over the phone you may request that by emailing us at service@greatvacs.com and we will call you.   This does take longer than ordering through the website but is a service available to you.
