We do not collect or copy credit card informaiton. If you wish to re order you will have to re enter your credit card information as we do not collect and store that information.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. For your safety we also do not store complete credit card numbers. As a result for additional orders we may ask you to provide credit card numbers again for future orders. We request information from you on our order form. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Customers may at their choice leave reviews for products that they have purchased and used. Once a review is left the review becomes the sole property of GreatVacs. GreatVacs at its discrection may or may not publish the review. Reviews are a great part of the community and we encourage and want to publish reviews. However all reviews that contain profanity, any content not suitable for children, links to other websites, computer generated reviews, or comments that are not soley about the product may be deleted. GreatVacs reserves the right to share these reviews on any company websites or channels as they see fit.
