No working vacuum yet. The motor unit sprayed water and no help with it.

I have had wonderful experiences over the last fifteen years with this company and buying Rainbow vacuums. Not this time. Not only did I have a huge mess to clean up when I used the Rainbow after it arrived, but customer service wanted me to pay to ship it back. Now that I have, I have heard nothing. So no vacuum, no help and I am out the money. I am thinking to see if the PayPal guarantee covers this problem. I am so disappointed.

As the title indicates, my wife's first investment in a vacuum cleaner was a Rainbow with all the attachments, Our home has original heart pine floors throughout and this first Rainbow proved to be the solution to floor care and cleaning.
