While I appreciated the initial guidance from customer service in helping me choose the right model, the overall experience has been frustrating due to extremely slow response times. It’s 2025, and the turnaround time for support has been slower than what one might expect even from traditional mail.
Nearly a week ago, I received an email from your CEO inviting feedback on my experience. I responded with details about the issues I’ve encountered, but I have yet to receive any reply.
One of the main problems is the cord connecting the vacuum to the power wand—it’s far too short. This is a known concern, as many customers have noted in reviews, yet no solution has been implemented. I had to purchase a longer replacement cord myself through eBay just to make the unit functional.
Additionally, I’ve already returned the EBK 350 power head due to persistent LED flickering. The lights do not stay consistently on, and I confirmed this issue using both cords.
So far, this has been a disappointing experience. At this point, I understand why many customers opt for Shark or Dyson.
Works like the older vacuum cleaners used to. Great suction. Solid construction. All the needed amenities included. I really like this vacuum. So glad we found this company.
We have been buying vacuum cleaners for the past 60 years or so. The vacuum is a little heavy on the weight side, but again, the parts and unit are built with better and heavier materials. It is a very strong vacuum cleaner It is easy to maneuver and will vacuum up everything on the floor, plus it is very easy to adjust the strength of the vacuum power. We think we made a very good purchase in the buying the Prolux XQ-90 canister vacuum.

The vacuum comes with multiple attachments, including a crevice tool, duster brush, and 25-foot power cord. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a four-stage filtration system, including HEPA filters to ensure dust and allergens are effectively captured.
The filters are capturing the dust and pollen in my living space. The one drawback is the price of the two filters, for the price, the customer should be receiving at least 6 filters, each, instead of one, each. Please rethink the cost, also, another issue would be, work with local repair shops, where instead of the customer having to ship the cleaner back to Utah for service, one could drop it off for a yearly service and get the cleaner back in a shorter time frame.
