I received the kirby vacuum and shampooer that i ordered. The hand held shampooer has a broken prong at attachment point, but I am hesitant to send it back. The order did not come with a warranty or manual or bags or belts. I sent a request for the missing items& received what i requested. I however made a mistake in my initial request. (I asked for a hose, not belts. An inventory aheet listing parts would have been helpful. I could not view my order in detail on the internet site. I sent a picture.). Upon receipt of the missing parts I requested I sent an email stating the mistake in my request...I needed belts, not hoses. I was asked if I received a hose, I replied yes. There has been no discussion after that.
