Return Your Order at No Charge!!

Sorry to hear there is a problem, or you are unhappy with your order, but no worries we can get you taken care of.


If there is anything we can do to change your mind, or to make things right, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at service@greatvacs.com, and we can replace your order right away.


If you do choose to return your order just follow the steps below, and you can return your order for a full refund at no charge to you.

Just follow these 3 easy steps to print off a free return label

Simply click on the button at the top of the screen.  This will redirect to a UPS login page.  (Keep this page open for follow up instructions)

Once you're at the UPS login page simply click the box indicating you are not a robot, which you may then be prompted to complete a reCAPTCHA picture verification.  Once verification has been completed you'll then be redirected to a UPS label form. 

Once you've been redirected to the UPS form page just fill the form out with your information, and the RMA number we provide you.  All of our information will already be on the label, and will print out as the ship to address once the label has been generated.  Fill out the form, hit 'Process Shipment' and a label will generate ready to print.  Use this label to return your order at no charge, which once the item has been returned to us a refund will be processed.
