We first purchased the brand new rainbow from a rep that came to our house for a demo.. we got pressured into it and they wouldn’t take no for a answer so we signed up to do a loan on it the vacuum was awesome but the price wasn’t.. it was 2999 for just the vacuum and not the car attachment or the shampooer those were 500 and 190 seperately. We were able to return it and started looking online for a used one and we found Greatvacs! The rainbow we got is an older gen but came with the shampooer and the car cleaner and even fraigrances for only 1007.00!! They were so nice to let us pick it up at the wearhouse so we didn’t have to pay shipping! I highly recommend these guys for any vacuum you want! It works just as good if not better then the brand new one! We saved over 3000 dollars in total! Thank you!

It’s so easy to use, switch over from dry vacuuming, and it works so well! It removes a lot of the water it puts in. It’s pretty uniform in dispersion of soapy water. The proof in the dirty water reservoir is embarrassing. Great vacs has been very good to buy from! Great customer service in answering questions and fixing a minor problem.
