Love it, love it, love it, replaced our 28 yr. old Kirby with this one, we know they last, with a litlle maintenance.
This one's lighter and self propelled.
One Kirby = 10 to 15 cheap ones over the years. Talk about cluttering the landfills.

I will definitely recommend you. My reconditioned Kirby shipped quickly, great super service!

The vacuum seems to be everything as advertised. Lower priced Kirby's of the same model can be found on the Web, but GreatVac’s attention to detail, refurbishing process, approach to dispelling myths of cleaning ability when comparing Kirby’s to other vacuums, timely responses to email questions, and the efforts of Manager Dustin Chaffin have made the purchase of this marvelous vacuum cleaner well worth the slightly extra money.

Information gathering was an easy process toward making an informed and immediate decision. My order was late in the day and could not be processed until the following morning. I received my Kirby the following day. The packaging was excellent and the contents received no damage from shipping company rough handling. Minimum assembly is required but easy for anyone to do, even for those who are not mechanically inclined. No tools were necessary. The Kirby looked almost brand new and does an incredibly good vacuuming job.

Consistency of how GreatVacs does business is important to note. I previously purchased a tank vacuum from GreatVacs for other types of vacuuming away from home (now a fixture in my motorhome). I received the same excellent customer service from website, purchasing, and entire process as I did with my Kirby. Both purchases from GreatVac were great experiences and have proven their consistency to me. I have great trust in this company.
