What is your Shipping Policy?
In the continental United States shipping is only 8.99 per order! Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are more as shown in the listing. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or any other country besides United States and Canada.
Lets talk about shipping real quick. Its something we talk about internally a lot. What can we do with shipping that's best for our customers? So now days you see a lot of sites that have free shipping. Well really there is no such thing as free shipping, someone is paying for it.
So lets take a pack of bags for example. It would cost somewhere between 5 to 7 dollars to ship it. Say it sells for 10 dollars normally a seller with free shipping would sell it for 17 dollars. But what if you wanted to order 5 packs of bags? The shipping on that would cost about 10 dollars to ship. Using our example above if you bought 5 packs of bags with free shipping you would be paying 35 dollars when really it only cost 10 dollars to ship. So how is that good for the customer? Its not. At the same time if we could encourage customers to buy and stock up then it would cost less per item to ship it. Less trips from the delivery truck, cheaper for everyone and better for the planet.
So after much consideration we came up with our 8.99 shipping no matter how much you buy. One time we had a customer who bought 15 GALLONS of shampoo and only paid 8.99 shipping! Thats OK though because we were able to break even because the customer ordered so much.
