What is your Return Policy?
You may send back your item(s) within 30 days of your order for a refund, No Questions Asked. You have to email us first for return instructions. Returns are less shipping, though if free shipping was received or any other shipping amount, the regular shipping charges charged to us from the shipping company will be deducted from your refund. If you return vacuum supplies (like bags for example) and used a bag it will be deducted from the return amount. If you return a broken item you will be charged repair fee’s. We have a very liberal return policy. No questions asked, dont like it for any reason and just ship it back and get a 100% refund on purchase price.
