Order Shipping - The great thing about buying from Great Vacs is its one stop shopping and our inventory is in stock and ready to ship. Which means you would get one box from us with your entire order in it.
FOR EXAMPLE - You buy a vacuum cleaner from us. Then you go and add bags, belts, filters or shampoo for your vacuum you just bought. Then you go to our checkout and can pay for all those items at once and they will all ship together!

Sales Tax
For shipments to Utah addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6.6% Sales Tax for any package shipped within Utah.
Local Pickup We do not allow local pickup. However if you for warranty or returns you are welcome to drop your items off at our warehouse.
Shipping
At Great-Vacs we ship fast ! In fact we ship most items the same day we receive payment! Our shipping guarantee is we will ship your item out within 24 business hours of receiving payment (excludes weekends and holidays). For expected (not guaranteed) delivery times CLICK HERE. Your package will be professionally packaged in a brand new stregnth tested box and packing materials.
The shipping rates for each item will be listed in the item description including international rates. For all International (including Canada and PR) shipments by buying our item you agree to pay all duties and custom fees that might be associated with the shipment of that item to you.
Most Items 3 lbs and heavier will be delivered by FED EX all other items weighing less than that will be shipped US First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
Tracking Information When we ship your item out we will email you your tracking information and a invoice. We will only email that to the email address associated with your payment. Please make sure that your email address is valid otherwise you will not receive your tracking information.
Customer Service
If your item comes with a warranty the warranty packet will be included in the package. After your item has shipped you will be emailed an invoice with our contact information on it. For any other questions or concerns you may email us at great_vacs@yahoo.com
Returns
You may send back your item(s) within 30 days of your order for a refund, No Questions Asked. You have to email us first for return instructions. Returns are less shipping, though if free shipping was recieved, the regular shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. If you return vacuum supplies (like bags for example) and used a bag it will be deducted from the return amount. If you return a vacuum cleaner and its dirty and needs cleaned you will be charged a 20 dollar cleaning fee. If you return a broken item you will be charged repair fee’s. We have a very liberal return policy just ship it back and get a 100% refund on purchase price.
