Why is there different prices on the same models?

If you are looking at the same model of vacuum cleaner and notice a price difference look closer that the pictures. The price difference is never condition or age but is always what tools or accessories come with them. For example one with the a carpet shampooer attachment will be more money than one without that attachment. So we suggest you look at the picture and pick the vacuum that has the right tools for you.

How fast do you ship?

Fast! That's one thing our customers always are amazed is how quickly their packages arrive. We ship within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends & holidays) and many days we are able to ship the same day the order is received.

What is my order's tracking number?

GreatVacs always emails out a tracking number on every order. Please make sure the email you provide when you place your order is legit as that is the email we will send the tracking information to. If its been over 24 hours and you have still not received your tracking email check your spam email folder or we would be glad to look it up for you again by emailing us at service@greatvacs.com

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states in the United States and Canada. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

What if something is wrong with my order?

At GreatVacs we do everything to assure every order is perfect and safely delivered. In the rare cases where something might be wrong just know that we stand behind our products and our customers. Simply email us at service@greatvacs.com and we will get you all taken care of.

How does your warranty work?

There are 2 kinds of warranties that we offer. There are manufacturer warranties and there are warranties that we put on our own machines that we have refurbished. On the warranties that we offer the warranty is usually on the motor. The customer is in charge of shipping and we are in charge of everything else. Its a great value because a new motor might be 350 dollars if you were to replace it while shipping costs may only be 40 dollars. We go through our machines so good that it is very rare that the warranty is ever used.

What is your return policy?

GreatVacs has a no questions asked 30 day return policy. Try it for 30 days from when you bought it and if you don't love it just ship it back for a full refund (less shipping costs). Whether your buying a product or returning one the process is always very easy.

The fastest way to contact us is by emailing us at service@greatvacs.com. Sometimes we are on the phone with someone else and if we give our phone number we end up just playing phone tag. So the fastest way to contact us is by emailing us at service@greatvacs.com (we check it several times a day). If you prefer to talk to us on the phone drop us a email with your phone number and best time to call (during business hours) and we will call you back right away.

How can your shipping be so inexpensive?

Right now GreatVacs is offering an amazing promotion of only 8.99 shipping no matter how much you order? Many sites offer FREE shipping but is it really free? No they just add it to the sales price. Say its a pack of bags that would normally sell for 9 dollars. Shipping on average would be about 7 dollars. So a Free shipping site would sell them for about 16 dollars. That's great but what if you wanted to stock up and get 3 pack of bags. Shipping costs would be about 10 dollars. Well that "Free" shipping model just charged you 21 dollars in shipping. How is that good for anyone? Its not. So at GreatVacs we wanted to give a great deal to our customers. With all the volume we do we get some great discounts and we pass those on to our customers and then some. What we found was that we can ship a 8 lb package for only pennies more than a 2 lb package. So stock up and save. Its better for the planet and you can save a ton of money!
