This is the diamond model and was the new model in 2006. I personally think this is the best model of kirby made. The Sentria model just came out from kirby but it does not have the two speed switch and I think the diamond handle is stronger as well. The Sentria and the diamond both have the same performance as far as power. So I think that this model is the best kirby made and it much cheaper.

This comes with the 3M HEPA bags (like what is used on the Sentria kirby as well). One of the best features that this item has is it not only comes with the carpet shampooer but it also comes with the hardwood floor buffer so you can clean your hard surfaces with the horsehair floor buffer kit (very rare to find).

This comes with the famous kirby zip brush which works great for pet hair.

This also comes with 3 kirby belts (one of the buffer roller), a kirby diamond owners manual, a 32 oz. bottle of carpet stain remover and a 32 oz. bottle of allergen kirby shampoo.

It is a pleasure to vacuum with, especially with its self propelled tech drive system that allows you to push it forward and reverse with only 2 lbs. of pressure.

This vacuum has had its outer cloth bag washed. Since on the Kirby vacuum the outer cloth bag is part of the filtration this is the only sanitary way to sell Kirbys. We would not buy a used Kirby unless the outer cloth bag has been washed in a washing machine like we do. It would be no different than vacuuming with a dirty bag in the vacuum. However we have cleaned and washed the bag and it is sanitary and clean. This vacuum will come with 2 brand new bags! One already installed.
